Antique King Valdemar Brass box/casket (very detailed) Picture(s) and Description:
You are bidding on an Antique Brass Box/Casket of King Valdemar from the 1920′s. This beautiful brass box commemorates the Danish King Laldemar’s crusade in 1219. The box is very heavy and weighs just about 4 pounds. The box is approx 8 inches wide, approx 3 1/2 inches tall and approx 3 5/6 inches deep and lined in wood. The box is intricately detailed and features two small handles on each side and two latches to open and close the box. The box is marked “Iron Art” “Copenhagen Denmark and sits atop 4 small peg feet. This beautiful brass box is in tremendous condition and opens and closes perfectly. This is a very unique and interesting estate find. Shipping and handling is $9.95 and an additional $19.95 outside of the USA.
